Keema Gobhi

Ingredients:
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Cauliflower (grated )- 1 small
Onion (chopped)- 1
Ginger Garlic paste- 1 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Peas- 1/2 cup
Tomato (pureed) -2
Bay leaves-1
Clove- 2
Cinnamon stick - 1/4 in
Oil
Red chilli powder- 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves for garnishing

Method:

saute the grated cauliflower in a pan with little oil

 Saute till the colour changes to light brown.Keep aside
heat some oil to the pan and add cumin seeds, bay leaves,clove and cinnamon to it
Wait till the cumin seed starts spluttering
Add chopped onion to it
When the onion turns golden brown, add tomato puree and saute for a few minutes.
Add red chilli powder and garam masala to it
Saute for some time and add peas to it
Saute for a few minutes and add sauteed cauliflower
Mix well

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with Rotis
