Gobhi Mussallam

Gobhi (don't cut into pieces,jut remove the extra part and keep the floret).- 1 small
Onion (Grated)- 2
Tomato (pureed)- 2
Bay leaves - 1
Cinnamon stick- 1/4 in
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Termeric - 1 tsp
criander powder- 1 tsp
Garam masala - 1 tsp
curd- 1 cup
Oil- 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste

Method
Boil the Cauliflower floret with some salt till it is tender ( a knife can gi through it with no effort)

while the cauliflower is boiling, take 1 tsp of curd and mix turmeric to it
remove from the water and apply paste of turmeric and curd on the Cauliflower and set aside for some time

Heat the oil in a pan and put Cumin seeds , Bay leaves and cinnamon in it.
When the the Cumin seeds start spluttering , add onion.Stir till it turns golden brown
Add Tomato and stir for 5 minutes
Add turmeric,Garam masala and coriander powder to it and stir till oil starts leaving the paste
Remove the paste from the pan
Put cauliflower in the Pan an add the paste on it

Cook in slow flame till it is done
Serve with Nan or Roti
