Mushroom Peas Kurma


Ingredients
Portabell Mushrooms (In Bite size) - 1 pack
Peas - 1/2 cup
Onionsv (Finely Chopped)  - 1
Tomato(Chopped) -1 small
Ginger Garlic paste : 1 tsp
Cloves- 4
Cinnamon - 1/2 inch
Jeera- 1 tsp
Curry leaves- 5
Coriander leaves (Chopped fine) - 1/2 cup
Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp

Masala paste:
Melon Seeds-  2 tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste: 1tsp
Tomato Ketchup- 1tbsp
Onion (Chopped) -1 small
White Sesame seeds- 2 tsp
Fennel seed -  1 tsp each
Red chilies: 2
Roasted chana dal - 1 tbsp

Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

Preparation

Make a paste of the Masala paste Ingredients and set aside

Heat oil and add the jeera, cloves and cinnamon ans Curry leaves.

When they splutter add the onions and fry till brown
Add the chopped tomatoes
 Add the masala paste,Kasoori methi and salt and cook for about 5 minutes

Add mushrooms

Add peas

Add some water.


Cook for about 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Add coriander leaves and serve with chapati or parathas.
