Stuffed egg curry

Ingredients
For stuffing
chopped onion- 1 small

corn -1/4 cup
salt to taste
green chilli - 1
For Coating
Corn Flour - 1 cup
egg - 1
bread crumbs ( or rava)
For Curry
Almonds(soaked for 20 mins)

Onion - 2
Chilli - 2
Tomato (ground to paste)- 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 1tsp
Cardomom - 2
Cinamom stick - 1/4 inch
Tej Patta - 1
Clove - 2
pepper - 3
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Coriander seeds - 2 tsp
haldi- 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Eggs - 4
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Method:
Boil the eggs

Remove yolk. Keep aside
The Yolks will be used for stuffing

Stuffing:
Fry chopped onion and chilli
Add egg yolk to it
Fry till it crumbles. Add corn
Stir for some time till it changes colour
Preparing the Coating for stuffed egg
Beat 1 egg
Add corn slowly
Add bread crumbs

Mix well to make paste

Stuffing the egg:
Fill the stuffing in the egg as shown
Repeat for all the eggs

Take two halves and press together
dip in the coating paste
Fry till it turns golden brown
When the stuffed eggs are golden brown. Remove and soak excess oil
 For curry
roast Cardomom,cinamom,jeera,tej patta,Cumin,coriander seeds, Clove and pepper in a tawa
put the masala in a grinder. add onions and peeled almonds and grind
Fry the paste till it changes colour

Add ginger garlic paste
add Tomato to the pan and fry
add fried eggs to the pan and stir
