Ingredients:
Oil - 2 tbsp
Onion (thinly sliced) - 1 + 1/2 cup
Onion (ground to paste) - 1/2 cup
Tomato (ground to paste) - 2
Mushroom (thinly Sliced) - 1 cup
Red Chilli Powder- 1/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder- generous pinch
Coriander - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Cream
Corainder leaves for garnishing
Salt to taste
Preparation:
Heat oil in pan
Add onion paste to pan and cook till it changes colour
Add sliced onion and cook till it is golden brown
Add tomato paste , chilli powder,coriander,garam masala and turmuric
Cook till mixture us dry
Add mushroom and salt
Add some water and cook till mushroom is done
remove from flame and add creme and garnish with coriander.
