Ingredients
Green Bean (Cut in 1.5 inch pieces) - 4 cups
Water for steaming - approx 1cup
Coriander - 1 tsp
Cayenne pepper- 1/2 tsp
Gram masala - 1/2 tsp
Amchoor - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/4 tsp
Hung curd - 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Tampering:
Oil - 1 tbsp
Hing- pinch
Kalaunji- 1/2 tsp
Haldi - 1/2 tsp
Green chilli ( split lengthwise)- 2
Preparation
Steam beans in water for 4- 5 minutes. Strain and keep strainer under running cold water
Drain and set aside
Whisk curd, coriander , Cayenne , sugar, amchur and salt and keep aside
Heat oil and add the tadka masala in it till it splutter . mix green bean and saute for 2 minutes.
Add yogurt mixture and stirr . Cook for 4-5 minutes and serve hot with roti.
