Kela Curry

Ingredients
Raw Banana-3
Potato- 2
Onion-1
Tomato-2
chilli-3
Coriander leaves
Ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
Coriander powder- 1 tsp
Garam Masale-  1/2 tsp
Khade masale:
Tej patta - 1
Cinamon stick
Clove- 2
Badi elaichi - 1
pepper- 3
Jeera - 1 tsp
methi seeds- 1 tsp
cumin- 1 tsp
Red Chilli-1
Salt to taste

Steps :
peel and cut banana and potato in small peaces

fry banana and potato separately in low flame till it changes colour


dry out extra oil from banana and potato


Make the paste of onion and chilli  and fry in 1tbs oil till it changes colour

Add ginger garlic paste

roast all the kade masale in a tawa

make paste of tomato and khade masale and add to the onions

cook for some time
Add turmeric, garam masala and dhaniya powder

cook for some time and add the potato and banana

add salt
add some water and cook for another 5 minutes and garnish with coriander leaves


serve with Roti
